I was out doing my market research again today! Some of my right-hand event ladies and I shared our work experiences (over brunch mimosas) then headed to the Indie I Do Wedding Show at The Heritage Hall together to check out some local vendors.
I SAID YES
Wedding Stationery and Design

This wedding invitation is one of plenty of interesting things I saw today. My trusted fellow event/wedding planner, Diana Newson, was so impressed with this specific invitation done by "I Said Yes" Wedding Stationery and Design, she snapped a photo of it. It's a perfect idea for anyone headed out-of-town or country for a destination wedding and will definitely surprise your invitees!
The Sweet Tooth Cakery
Gluten-Free Cakes & Confections
http://www.sweettoothcakery.ca/
One of my other favourite vendors I discovered today while parusing the tables at Indie I Do was The Sweet Tooth Cakery. This boutique cakery bakes only with non-wheat based, gluten-free flours. All you celiacs - this is the place for you! I indulged a tad and had a miniature cupcake, and trust me - I wish it had been much larger. Anyone looking for options suitable for guests with food sensitivities and/or allergies, check out their website. They can make a variety of cakes and cupcakes suitable for different needs.
